BELT CONVEYORS

BELT CONVEYORS

Catalog

Roller conveyors are conveyors in which the load can be transported on rolls, regardless of the characteristics of the drive transmission system. According to the principles of operation, they are examined in two groups: “force field” and “idler roll”. The conveyor rollers are continuously connected to each other with the help of transmission elements such as belts or chains. The power generated by the drive group allows all the rolls to rotate at the same time, making it possible to transfer the load with the help of dec friction force generated between the roll and the load.

In idler roller conveyors, the force is applied directly to the load. There is no bound movement dec the rolls. The rolls rotate due to an initial force applied to the load (static friction > dynamic friction). Thus, the etching effect of the resulting friction force on the load and rolls is minimized. the continuity of movement on drifter conveyors installed with a slope of 1-1.5% is ensured by this angle and by the force generated by the weight of the load
