VIBRO FEEDER
Vibration motor-powered vibro feeders offer capacities ranging from 0.1 to 1,000 tons/h, delivering uniform and linear impact force across the entire ceiling width. Vibration feeders can range in width from 100 mm to 3,000 mm and can be manufactured with adequate particle travel lengths depending on application requirements.
Vibrating feeders are used to transport materials homogeneously to the required size of the relevant process or conveying equipment. With extensive experience in numerous applications, vibro feeders have extensive experience handling materials ranging from dry materials to 30% moisture content and from ppm sizes up to 600 mm.
Vibrating feeders can be manufactured in any material and can be coated with materials such as PU, PE, HARDOX, and additional stainless steel.
The feeder equipment is supplied with an IP65 enclosure and drive unit.
